Basically it is a concept of Joseph Pilates when he was a little boy. When he was young, he suffered a lot of ailments like bone deformity, asthma and other physical issues. At that time, he can’t accept the fact that the problem is permanent. So he is determined to find a way that can improve his condition.

After many years of self discovery, he managed to find a training program that improves his flexibility and durability. Indeed, it is the Pilate’s exercise program that many of us are practicing now. The overall concept of this Pilates exercise is build upon the basic principle of balancing. The whole idea of this exercise is to have your flexibility comes together with your strength and the overall balance of your mind, body and spirit.

Although Pilates may seem the perfect exercise that we can use to alleviate injuries and improve our core strength but it’s not for everyone.
